Hi, I'm Rishi Kyathsandra

I'm a Computer Science graduate from Iowa State University, now leveraging my skills as a Data Engineer at General Mills. I focus on building scalable data platforms and cloud-native systems that are reliable, efficient, and easy to maintain.

My experience spans data and infrastructure engineering at General Mills, full-stack development at John Deere, platform engineering, and research where I analyzed how large language models understand code. I care deeply about system reliability, automation, performance, and developer experience.

Beyond industry work, I've tutored students in computer science and advanced calculus and stayed active in the ISU community through volunteering and leadership. I take ownership of my work, adapt quickly to new environments, and enjoy contributing to impactful, technically challenging projects.
